But the end of the day is so rewarding for me, i have a great team of nurses that I work with each day and the smile and care I give to the people I come in contact with, I am ever so grateful to be where I am. My health is a great concern and this is needed for me. I have a great support system behind me for this adventure. This challenge means my "life" to me and I take God with me every step of the way. Thank you again for giving me this chance.

Synita's Progress

Hi there everyone, hope all is well with everybody. I had a little setback in my challenge. I had a bout with my asthma and was not doing great at all. I tried to handle it on my own until I did have to see my doctor. Today is the first day good since last Wednesday the 23rd. Our yard guy did the lawn and from that, my sinus kicked in,throat got sore, fluid behind my eardrums (both of them),cough and then the asthma. By Monday it was the ER or the DR. So I chose the DR. and today the 1 of July is the best I have felt in a while. This was suppose to be vacation time but not so.. Tomorrow I return to work and start to walk again and meet back with my trainer. Keep me in your prayers that" nothing" else stands in my way to meet the challenge that has been set before/ me...... I count on your support. A special "BIG THANK YOU" to my team supporters, Frances Elien, Chandra Canaday, my trainer Axcel and to JAN BOSTIC..............

"Started training with Axcel at Club Fit. Scheduled to train with him 3x week. Blood Pressure is down which is an improvement. When not working out with trainer, I take 5 a.m. walks (with my husband and one of my CityFit Buddies). I take a Yoga and Pilates class whenever my schedule allows. I'm so sore...!

Well this is week 2 with Axcel and I am having a blast! Getting those muscles into shape. I weighed on 6/6 (Sunday) after our 3rd session and I proudly report 10 lbs. By the time we got started I was at 268 for the beginning weight. So I had gained before he took over helping me. I love taking the time and instructing my husband how to prepare my lunch for the day alone with my snacks. My eating habits are changing and I love it. The discipline Axcel teaches is good. I have to admit that I did cry the first day because of the pain and the emotions that go alone with trying not to get upset about how you look. I have Dr. Phil's book Ultimate Weight Loss Solutions and it is good for me. You have to face the REAL TRUTH about yourself....."
