Permit Application

Once you have completely filled out the permit application below, you must deliver the application in person along with payment to Construction Services 200 2nd Street, 3rd floor, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Option 1 - Filling out the forms online - Open and complete the online form. Print completed application and submit it with payment in person to the Construction Services Department.

Option 2 - Download the Applications - Print out the needed forms, fill them out seperately, to take into the department of Construction Services.
