The E-GovPlus (One-Stop-Shop) Contractor Search feature allows you to search and display contractor information within this jurisdiction by entering a contractor's license number, owner name or company name.

CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

In order to perform work within the corporate limits of the City of West Palm Beach you must first register with the Construction Services Department. A list of the necessary documents is provided. The documents may be submitted by mail to the Construction Services Department, 200 2nd Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Submittal of partial documents will not be accepted. If your business office is located within the City of West Palm Beach you must have a valid business tax receipt issued by the City (please click here for more information).

In order to allow someone other than a qualifier to sign permit applications, known as an Authorized Agent, download the Authorized Agent Form. Form(s) must be filled out and submitted to the Construction Services Department.
