Senior Project Engineers:
are responsible for developing 5 year Capital Improvement Plans and for managing the process of bringing those CIP projects to fruition. They design the projects whenever practical or they develop the project specifications, cost estimates and prepare a request for proposal from outside agencies. Senior Project Engineers plan and manage the Capital and Operating budgets and seek F -resolutions as required for their projects.
