The City will provide barricades at no cost unless the event requires special barricades for night street closures or routing traffic. Events requiring special barricade rentals shall meet with a representative from the Engineering Department, Community Events Division and the promoter shall be responsible for the rental of any necessary barricades. Event promoters may be required to obtain signatures from 75% of the affected businesses and residences in order to receive approval for road closures.
