To protect and enhance the quality of life for all residents by providing efficient and effective customer-focused services.
Summary of Services
The Mayor's Department is the executive branch of city government and includes administrative functions, Community Events, City Clerk, Small Business (SB), Code Enforcement, and Youth & Family Services. This Department is responsible for providing direction to department directors, administering ordinances and resolutions of the City Commission, meeting the public and providing information on matters of community concern, and resolution of citizen complaints.
