  Summary of Services:

1. Development and maintenance of all City information systems which includes Finance, Human Resources, Planning, Building Permits, Utilities and Public Safety applications as well as E-mail and Internet
   

2. Development and maintenance of the citywide fiber optic wide area network, local area networks, telephone system, emergency radio system and all personal computers.
   

3. Training and Network Support for 900+ end-user clients with an emphasis on today's most accepted program suites.
   

4. Management of a state of the art Computer training center that enables City employees to train and nourish within a convenient and productive environment.
